Health index dashboard

Filters

The toolbar has store-question filters. A label (for example Department) is a shorthand for the question (In which department do you work?). A project manager sets those in the backend.

When a store is De Zorggroep, or has an AFAS integration with the organizational-unit filter enabled, the toolbar also shows that hierarchy filter. See De Zorggroep.

When a filter is chosen, the data on the page only uses employees that match the filter.

Filtering uses scopeHealthIndexFilter on Domain/HealthIndex/Models/HealthIndexFilters.php. MyClicParticipantQueryBuilder::healthIndexFilter() delegates to that.

Only show improvable factors

When this toggle is on, content with the good category is hidden. Only mediocre and bad remain.

The top row can also show a HealthIndexFileBlock when the store has one.

Factors of primary questionnaires

QuestionnaireSlugs::primaryQuestionnaires() is pmo, smartworktest, and resilience. The Vue top row shows PMO, ASR, and Resilience only when Resilience is the main questionnaire.

Each store has minimum_health_index_participants. A null column reads as 25. With fewer participants than that number, these blocks show an empty state so a score cannot be traced back to a user.

Available-since is the enabled_questionnaires pivot created_at.

Updates

Factors

Shows 4 factors that are part of PMO. Hidden if PMO is not enabled or there are not enough participants.

Accounts created

Shows the number of accounts created over the number of invites sent.

Completed main questionnaire

Shows completions of the store's main questionnaire (PMO, ASR, or Resilience) over totalEmployees.

Challenges

Shows the three group challenges that started the longest time ago. Only shown if there is at least one questionnaire with enough participants.

Other questionnaires

The lower row can also render menopause, menstrual complaints, DASS, self-efficacy, wellbeing, digital detox, and Resilience when it is not the main questionnaire. Same rules for minimum participants and available-since.
