Health index
Invitations sent
The actual number of invitations sent. If someone has received an invitation, done nothing/did not create an account and an invitation has been sent to this person again, a user can return twice.
Accounts created
How many of the people who received an invitation have an actual account, and therefore have agreed to the terms and conditions.
[Name of questionnaire] completed
All users for whom we have a score, including users who have not fully completed the questionnaire. This does not take into account if someone has completed the questionnaire multiple times. However, because we wanted to provide as positive an image as possible, this is the number of times a questionnaire was started. The health index therefore includes all users for whom we have at least 1 factor score (the same as the Analysis Report questionnaire).
And in practice, the total number of users who fully completed the questionnaire is lower. Because we only include the fully completed questionnaires in the 'Report score factors' and 'Report score environmental factors' and in the health index also the partially completed questionnaires, the number in the health index is always higher than that in the two reports.
Participation challenges
How many users have registered for different challenges and actually completed them. All users with the status 'completed' or 'expired' will be included in this number. It is an overview of all challenges, where a user can appear multiple times if he/she has participated in multiple challenges. Other statuses, such as 'registered', 'started' and 'deregistered' are not included in this figure.
And another difference between the health index and the Challenges report is that we include in the report in which environment someone has registered. In the health index we do not look at the environment in which they are registered. There we simply look at the number of users who have access to the environment and who have registered for a challenge.
Suppose there are 10 users who have registered for the 'Better sleep challenge', 8 of them have registered via the Domus Valuas environment, the other 2 do have access to the Domus Valuas environment but have registered via a different environment. Then 10 registrants will appear in the health index and 8 in the challenge report of Domus Valuas.
Good to know
There are three differences between the reports and the numbers in the health index regarding Challenges:
- Health Index does not take dates into account
- Health Index does not count status disabled and deregistered
- App report counts people multiple times (Health Index not)
Below are the calculations for DZG and Domus Valuas to show how the numbers in the index and app reports add up.
